- The rewards points issued by Form Direct can be redeemed for a gift only.
- This rewards program is for account customers only.
- Form Direct will issue a normal account statement at the end of each month. If your account is paid with the approved credit terms, your spend for that month will be converted to points and an advice email will be issued via this reward site.
- A gift or combination of gifts up to your current value of points can be redeemed at any time.
- Rewards points will only accrue from the date of program sign-up. Invoices dated prior to the sign-up date are not eligible for points and will not be backdated.
- Unspent rewards points will expire after 12 months.
- Gifts may take up to 28 days to receive after you have redeemed online.
- Rewards points cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- Form Direct can not take responsibility if a gift becomes unavailable. A gift of equal value and quality may be substituted in this event.
- Warranties, refunds and exchanges are in accordance with the original manufacturere's policies and terms.
- Excludes all products from Tooltechnic Systems Australia (Festool).
- Form Direct will accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury from the use of any gift.
